CASE 1:

A 55-year-old woman with a family history of breast cancer diagnosed with a two-centimeter, ER/PR-positive, HER2-negative, Grade II, node-negative invasive ductal carcinoma and Genomic Health recurrence score of 16 (from the practice of Dr Barry D Luskey)

CASE 2:
A 42-year-old woman presenting with a large, necrotic breast tumor with bilateral pleural effusions, elevated liver function tests and bone metastases and a Grade I, primary ER/PR-positive, HER2-positive invasive carcinoma with lobular features (from the practice of Dr Lance K Lassiter)
CASE 3:
A 41-year-old woman with a one-centimeter, Grade III, ER/PR-positive, HER2-negative, sentinel node-positive infiltrating ductal carcinoma (IDC) (from the practice of Dr Michael A Schwartz)
CASE 4:
